Just a quick update 

Last performed dpf removal on citroen C5 2006 2.0 hdi diesel. Usual stuff- cutomer complaints-no power , engine management light on, someone quoted for new filter which is -parts and labour easy 1500 pounds. So we have been asked for cutting the costs and get rid of it.Few hours later dpf removed plus  engine remap to increase slightly power and another customer happy. In fairness it ended up three times cheaper than new unit. LOL

Just quickly wanted share our latest news. Dpf removal and engine remap on audi a4 2008 2.0 tdi with Tricore procesor fitted into EDC17 engine management system. Car comes in with completely lack of power, engine light on , glow plug light flashing and info on the electronic display panel. We performed standard diagnostics process and the result was - Diesel particle filter DPF is in trouble.Contacted the customer and he said let's perform dpf removal proces. So using the best tools ever made for engine remapping on this systems we performed Dpf removal and engine remap. So no more dpf issues , better fuel economy and no affect on mot - remap inside.

We want to share the latest info on customer's complaint about his Mazda 6 2009 2.2 diesel. There was white smoke after 10-20 min drive, engine management light on - problem which we face on daily bases, i.e. diesel particulate filter is in trouble. We performed diagnostics and found fault code P2002 Particulate filter efficiency below threshold. Then, we performed a few more checks and the answer was YES - DPF PROBLEM. After 3 hours our customer was sitting back comfortably in his mazda 6 2.2 diesel, where we performed DPF REMOVAL. There was no more engine management lights, no more white smoke and no more DPF PROBLEM.

we have good news for Lexus IS 220 owners! 
We have just completed another dpf removal job on this car model. 
A customer contacted us with his problem, after he spent 3.5k pounds at different garages and problem still wasn't fixed. No power, white smoke, juddering on accelerations - these were the customer's main complaints. We have been informed that the car had a set of 4 new injectors fitted, dpf removed and some more jobs carried out in attempt to eliminate the problem. However, it wasn't fixed.
We performed diagnostics process and confirmed that DPF filter was removed by previous garage, but nobody could do engine ecu remap to get the ecu work properly without the filter.
So, we decided to fix engine management control side of the problem. It was a little bit tricky, because the car has been used without dpf fiter and engine ecu already learned some bad values.Finnaly, after a few hours of testing and fixing, the car finally came back to the normal behaviour.We have also done fuel system flush with fuel service machine and intake and egr ultrasonic treatment, which completes the total decarbonization of the engine fuel and air intake system. 
When customer drove the car for a test, he said 'This car has never driven better before.'

Here we have some info of recently performed DPF OFF and ENGINE  POWER REMAP on VW T5.Our customer asked us for an engine remap on his T5. New technology used on EDC17 -tricore processor Infineon -is not easy to perform this custom made remap.As far as we have been informed customer did get some research with different garages and they wasn't able to do it.Then he contacted us. My answer was BIG YES.So he brought the van to us for a modification.After conversation with the customer we knew what he is expecting from the van.So we performed DPF REMOVAL and ECU REMAP.Road test to check our work-very nice modification.What a shame we don't have a rolling road because I could show you what power improvement was made.Van left the factory with standard 140 bhp under the bonnet. I don't want to fabricate the stories but there was at least 180  young power horses after our mod.
